The Sims 4 ~ Platinum Guide
You can jog, use workout equipment at home or go to the gym.
Pretty much just have any Sim reach level 10 in the Painter career. To do this make sure your sim goes to work in a good mood has the required skills and does any required objectives to get promoted.
Create a family of 8 Sims and place them in a house. A good idea to combine this with Ghostly/Ghost Family.
Play lots of video games, you can do this on a tablet, computer or game console.
Combine this with full house. Kill off 7 of the sims by locking them in a room. Then have the 8th sim try to befriend them as they appear, eventually You'll be able to invite them to move in. Once all the other ghosts have moved in kill off the final Sim then befriend their ghost to get them to move in.

Interacting with a mirror or reading skill books.
You'll need gardening level 5 for the cutting and grafting ability. Cut 2 samples from plants growing on your lot then graft them in your inventory. An easy one to do is Apple + Cherry to make Pomegranate.

Unfortunately this trophy is RNG based. To help you can give both parents the Fertile trait. The only thing you can really do is just keep trying.
