Rainbow Six Extraction is a 3 player coop spin off. Operators from Rainbow Six Siege are called to form REACT and stop the Archaens, an unknown parasitic alien.
Note: Some trophies Autopop between versions if you choose to use your online save and there is cross progression. Some require you to repeat the action once, ie. Vertigo.

Press R3 to melee an alerted enemy to knock them back. Do this to 3 different enemies.
You can use Ela's Grzmot ability for this but she only starts with 3. The quicker and better option is to develop stun grenades which are available to any operator should Ela go MIA. You can initially carry 3, use React Tech to get more. Additionally you can develop the explosive harness so that you can start with 6.
There are a few ways to get this. Claymores, Impact/Frag Grenades, Fuze's Cluster Charge, Smoke's Gas, Tachanka's LMG, Capitao's venom bolts and Gridlock's Trax Stingers.
You can use Pulse's Heart Beat Monitor to detect nests, Lion's EE-ONE, scan mines and scan grenades.
Revive kits also count.
The description isn't very clear but it has to be 5 different types of enemies but you should get it without even trying.
Take downs are performed with R3. Shooting nests does not count.
Bloaters and Breachers look like they have a orange or green nest on their back, they rush you and explode. In order to take them down use smokes or stuns to stop them from exploding and quickly run up and press R3. You can also use Vigil's ability.
Impact grenades are the easiest option. Studies look like small piles of Goo and often hang from the ceiling.
Grunts are the most common enemy so you will get this in no time.
Spikers are dangerous as they shoot spikes at you fairly rapidly and can drain your health quickly. Tormentors won't be found until San Francisco but are much more common in Alaska and are difficult to kill without stunning them.
These look like tiny yellow nests and appear in clusters. Try not to get too close they will stick to you then detonate after a short period blinding and damaging you. Your teammates can destroy them if they get stuck to you.
Rooters are uncommon and will dig into the ground sending a trap towards you to trap you.
You will starting encountering these in San Francisco outside of Capture the Target, but are much more common in Alaska, use a stun grenade and take them down with R3. You can also use Vigil's ability.
You will only find these is Alaska and Truth and Consequences.
These enemies crawl on all 4 and place blinding land mines. When shot they tend to run and hide.
Hold circle to go prone and kill an enemy.
Proteans are found in singularities which can be found in San Francisco. They are a boss fight. They copy the ability and appearance of React Operators, killing them will award you a legendary charm specific to which Operator they were copying.
In order to rescue one of your operator's they must go MIA (Missing in Action). Operators go MIA when they fail to extract or are not rescued by their teammates when they KO. Return to the hot zone they are in, pull them out of the archaen tree by destroying the flower like anchors, then carry them to the LZ and place them in the container.
This can be difficult without a coordinated team. A good line up is Doc, Finka and Rook. It's best to remain in stealth as much as possible and keep your health boosted so your core health doesn't go down. Your set of objectives will also be a big factor in your success, they are randomly chosen, New York having the easiest.

Complete any 5 different objectives to get this.
You'll need a mission with a difficult mutation for a big bonus as well as a good performance during the mission, by killing a lot, staying stealthy and completing objectives. Kick the Anthill as Fuze will get you this easily.

Studies are specific actions you are requested to perform in a mission in order to progress research on the Archaens. You can check available studies by accessing the region menu and checking studies below the quick play button. Your current studies can also be checked in a mission by pressing options.
Complete all the studies in the 4 regions then complete an incursion.
A special React Tech you unlock by reaching research milestone 25.
Equip Barrels or Sights on all your available weapons, you will need to level up some operators to unlock new guns so you can equip the required amount.
You are awarded Legendary charms for defeating Proteans located in Singularities.
You unlock unlock headgear by leveling your operator's, by completing studies and reaching development milestones.
