Randoms are highly unreliable, it's best to recruit friends or fellow trophy hunters which will also count towards All in the Family.
Note: If you have the in game award but the trophy doesn't pop, restart your game. Even then there still might be a delay.
The best rogue for this is Saint, but Dahlia is also a good medic although she costs 20k rep to unlock. Saint's ultimate once charged can be deployed with L1 + R1 to revive an ally from any distance. Dahlia's ultimate let's her link with one ally adopting their passive and revive them if they are within 30m.
This should come naturally. Try to find a rogue you're comfortable playing.
This is probably the hardest trophy in the game. The best mode you can play for this is strike out. You will need to play aggressively, it helps if the other team has a Saint to revive someone after you down them so you can down them again. Try to find a rogue you are good with.
You can play with a friend or a fellow trophy hunter. It's only counts time spent in a match.
By default you have 6 rogues so you will need to unlock 2. You can try them out in the shooting range before you decide. Chaac, Glitch, Lancer, Phantom, Talon and Vy cost 15k Rep each. Dahlia and The Fixer cost 20k each.
Note: Tracking is reportedly bugged.
Play strikeout until you end up on Lockdown (Venezuela). When the objective is in the middle tower this is the perfect opportunity to go for this.
The easiest way to get this is to play a match of demolition.
This should happen naturally.
Can be done in any mode but Strikeout is probably the easiest. Try to choose someone with the Executioner (Deagle). It is possible to pick up any primary gun.
Lancer is really good for flanking thanks to her ultimate but this is just as easy on an afk enemy which happens more often then you think. But be quick as there is an idle kick timer.

By holding triangle you can hold your melee as your primary weapon, then hold L2 and press R2 to throw it. This is a one hit down. Might be easier in extraction as everyone starts with only a secondary but you have just enough to buy a melee weapon.
The easiest way is with Dima's ultimate which is a grenade launcher.
Dima's ultimate counts for this.
This will cost $15000. How much you earn is based on your performance and if your team wins the round.
This will cost $14500.
Easy enough in strikeout.
Very likely to get this when going for thrifty.
The very first trophy you should earn. Easy enough.
